We weren’t about to pass up the chance to do it all over again! In what turned out to be our wildest year yet, the CBG team set things in motion to bring back the annual networking event—bigger, bolder, and even more distinctive than before.
Since CBG 2023, we’ve had the immense privilege of opening up the CBG network to other business events, going on to sponsor some of the island’s most impactful initiatives, including the Cyprus Diaspora Forum, TEDx, Millionaire Mindset, and many more. And these experiences offered us invaluable insight into the art of event organization; skills we were eager to apply to CBG 2024.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. With our earlier-than-planned expansion into the UAE, the team found itself executing a more ambitious event with fewer local resources than in 2023… what could possibly go wrong?

With so many achievements shared across the community throughout 2024, it was clear that Celebrating Business Growth would remain the central theme of the event. This guiding principle inspired us to lean fully into the elegance of the occasion—with an elevated red carpet experience featuring paparazzi, velvet rope entry, security guards, press interviews, silver tray service, champagne on arrival, and more.
In fact, this principle was born from a common, often overlooked mistake shared by countless entrepreneurs and founders: the failure to pause, even briefly, to reflect on and appreciate the major milestones achieved along the journey.
