Aleen Andreou is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and coach with over 30 years of experience in corporate training and people development. She is currently the Programme Director at PeopleAchieve in Cyprus, where she designs and delivers customized learning experiences in leadership, communication, conflict management, and personal effectiveness.

Aleen began her career as a mathematics teacher in 1985 before joining the Peter Andreou Group in 1991, where she contributed to research and development projects across the Middle East and Cyprus. In 1995, she transitioned into professional training, becoming accredited in instructor development through TMI in the UK. Since then, she has trained thousands of professionals across sectors including retail, banking, telecommunications, and FMCG, working with clients like GSK, Reuters, NCR, and Inchcape.

Her training style is practical, interactive, and tailored to business needs, often developed in collaboration with operational managers. Aleen is also an active volunteer, offering communication and public speaking workshops to non-profit groups such as Rotary and Toastmasters.

Beyond training, she is a published writer on learning and development and enjoys poetry and acting. Aleen’s mission is to make a meaningful difference by helping people and teams grow with purpose, confidence, and clarity.
