As a Herbalist, I help people find their way back to good health with herbs and nutrition. I write articles for various online publications, newspapers and magazines and appear frequently on a morning show on tv in Cyprus.
As founder and general manager of Cyherbia Botanical Park in Avgorou, Cyprus, I oversee the day to day running of the park, oversee the production of herbal products and lead a team of 10 employees.
I organize herb-related events at the park, as well as seasonal festivals and family events.
I develop adventure games for children of all ages and have written an educational program for schools, from ages 6-18. I speak frequently at events, teach seminars on herbs, essential oils and cosmetic making. I oversee a research program in collaboration with Frederick University in Nicosia, regarding the development of a natural soap made from an endemic plant. I am passionate about turning people to nature for their health and wellbeing, and teaching the next generation to be good stewards of the natural world.
